These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NEET STARS platform, including our website, mobile applications, and any other online services we offer (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Scope of Services: NEET STARS offers mentorship services aimed at assisting individuals in achieving admission to their desired medical college. Our services include but are not limited to strategic counselling, personalized guidance, and access to data analytics expertise.
2. Eligibility: Our services are available to individuals who are preparing for the NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) or seeking admission to medical colleges in India or abroad.
3. Use of the Platform
You may use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Violate or attempt to violate the security of the Platform.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or any servers or networks connected to the Platform.
- Transmit any malware or other harmful code through the Platform.
- Use the Platform to impersonate any person or entity.
4. Content
The Platform may contain content provided by NEET STARS, its licensors, and other users. This content is protected by copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any content from the Platform without the express written permission of the rights holder.
5. Registration: To access our mentorship services, you may be required to register an account with NEET STARS. By registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself.
6. Mentorship Sessions: NEET STARS provides mentorship sessions conducted by experienced professionals. These sessions are aimed at offering guidance tailored to your academic goals and aspirations.
7. Fees: Services provided by NEET STARS may are subject to fees. The applicable fees will be communicated to you prior to availing the services.
8. Confidentiality: We respect the confidentiality of your personal information and academic records. Any information shared with NEET STARS will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing our services.
9. Disclaimers
NEET Stars does not act as a mediator for medical seat placement, nor does it promise a guaranteed seat, placement, or admission for subscribers. Instead, NEET Stars aids subscribers in comprehending the admission procedures, criteria, prerequisites, etc., as specified by different medical councils, boards, and authorities such as MCC, MCI, IMA, NEET, etc. Subscribers are informed of available options based on their performance and the information provided to NEET Stars.
10. Limitation of Liability: While NEET STARS endeavors to provide accurate and reliable mentorship services, we do not guarantee admission to any medical college. We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our services. NEET STARS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
11. Amendments: NEET STARS reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. You agree to review the Terms regularly and be bound by the current version.
12. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Refund Policy
This agreement involves two parties:
NEET STARS (The First Party): Refers to Career Krafts, the company providing the services.
Customer (The Second Party): This includes both the candidate seeking medical college admission and their parent/guardian who co-signs the application. They are referred to collectively as “Customer.”
Important Information About NEET Stars Services
We are not affiliated with medical seat allocation: NEET Stars does not act as an agent for securing medical college seats. We cannot guarantee your admission or placement in a specific college.
Our focus is on guidance: We provide assistance in understanding the medical college admission process. This includes explaining requirements, eligibility criteria, pre-conditions, and other guidelines set by various medical councils and authorities like MCC, MCI, IMA, NEET, etc.
We help you navigate your options: Based on your academic performance and the information you provide, we can present you with relevant choices for pursuing your medical education.
Please remember, your success ultimately depends on your own merit and entrance exam performance.
Admission Process Guidance:
We provide assistance in understanding the medical college admission process. This includes explaining requirements, eligibility criteria, pre-conditions, and other guidelines set by various medical councils and authorities like MCC, MCI, IMA, NEET, etc.
Admission Outcomes:
NEET Stars bears no responsibility in cases where the customer is unable to secure a seat or admission due to failure factors like eligibility, performance, and institutional requirements.
Reliance on Customer Information:
NEET Stars rely on the information customer provide. Please ensure it’s accurate and complete to avoid any issues with your application. NEET Stars is not responsible for delays or failed admissions due to delay or miscommunication of information from customer’s end.
Accountability for Application: NEET Stars is not liable for errors in customer forms and applications, whether completed online or offline. Customer is solely responsible for any mistakes, even if Medical Mentor assists in filling them out at the subscriber’s request.
Verbal promises not guaranteed: NEET STARS cannot guarantee anything verbally promised by our team or representatives.
The subscription fee is non-refundable.
The subscription fee for NEET Stars covers services outlined in the package. Additional fees like application or registration fees during after counselling are not included and are payable separately to the counselling bodies or the college.
If, despite efforts and meeting eligibility criteria, NEET Stars cannot secure enro llment, admission, or a seat, or if the customer opts to end services at any given point, no refunds will be provided.
